It is a step-by-step approach to understanding how agile management can be introduced to transform your business into being more efficient, productive, responsive to clients needs and as a result more successful in meeting challenges of your business.

Holder of a Certificate of Agile Project Management from the University of Colorado, Boulder, USA

Programme

Six months programme, each session of duration of 1.5 hrs per week.

Basic project management experience.
