I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance specialized in Hatha and Vinyasa types. With a practice of over 15 years, I integrate each stage of Yoga into my classes.
I also offer Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga for athletes, Meditation workshops, Children Yoga, recovery Yoga for post injuries and surgeries, and trauma sensitive Yoga classes.
I believe Yoga is an awareness practice for body and mind that is accessible to everyone. I offer grounded, vigorous and supportive classes to deepen the mind and body connection and go beyond the edges of the body and mind.
Beginners and longtime practitioners are all welcome in my classes. I teach private individual and group sessions.
